| 1. Abolishing the annual budget stalemate. This yearly 'line in the sand' stance hurts the state in more ways than can be discussed here. 2. Education needs to the No. 1 priority again. If this state is to have sound economic future, this is where the investment starts. We fix No. 1 and the focus will shift to education again. 3. Strengthen California's advocacy for the environment. Preserve the great natural diversity we enjoy, protect the resources we have and promise future generations it will be here for them to enjoy. |
